Is the real packaging supposed to say Ukrainian ironbelly vs gringotts dragon?

We've received both packaging. And both are original real funkos. Sometimes restocks will have a minor change in the name. Either it can be shorter or longer. It has happened with multiple funkos in the past.

Is the Harry Potter figure removable from the dragon

No, the three figures are little and mounted on.

Is the dragon supposed to look dirty? The box makes it look white, but mine has a distinctly "dirty" look.

I don’t know what exactly you mean by dirty, but he is not white that’s for sure. His is this beige/grey color like the pics at the other reviews!!
