I don’t normally write reviews but thought I would with these bands as I was so pleased when they arrived (very quickly might I add). They are packaged so good that it was like opening a little present. They come in a lovely black padded mesh carry bag so you can take them to the gym. The quality of them is superior and the 3 different strengths are very distinguishable. Very happy with mine and well done to the seller on creating them, cracking little invention.

Easy to pack very good quality and good price. I take them anywhere I go for travel if I plan trainings and to the gym. Definitely can recommend this product!

I have used bands in the past and they are so uncomfortable as they roll and dig in so you might as well be using an elastic band. These are amazing fabric that don’t roll or slip. The colour is lovely. These ones were half the price of the newer version but I prefer the colours on the ones I have. Not sure I’ll ever make it to the black band.

Great quality. Comes with a carrying bag in case you want to take to the gym with you. Three different resistances, the black is the hardest - I haven’t made it to that one yet, the grey and pink are enough. There are so many exercises you can do with the bands… just check YouTube for Booty Band workouts to get some ideas. They’re such a huge improvement over using those old style long, flat rubber bands where you had to tie the ends together to make a loop. These are comfortable, they’re non slip and the resistance levels are great. They are so well made, I think they’ll last a long time. Thanks for a great product GYMB

Strong bands, useful for so many different exercises

3 different strengths came ans have been using them for the past 3 days seem to work nicely.

These were far too resistant for a beginner even the lightest had very little give for me. They also had a very weird smell even after airing out for 24 hours as suggested, it was almost like an off vinegary smell, very unpleasant.

These bands provided a good amount of resistance .They do not roll up, curl or cause irritation on the skin. Washing them is quite easy too.

Initially in my review, I stated: "These are nice bands, but they could be better. First, I don't find them strong enough. I'm a small woman in my mid-60's, yet these have too little resistance for me to find them totally satisfactory. I wish they had more resistance...substantially more, especially since I'm using them with my legs, which is far stronger than my arms. Second, wish these bands were quite a bit wider. I also have the Tumaz Booty Bands, which are much shorter for different exercises, and I LOVE how wide they are. The wide bands are far more comfortable to use. They simply don't have the long bands like the Gymbee Long Resistance Bands. And I do like the long bands for many exercises." Now I’m updating my review and I'm changing both of my complaints after working with them and doing more study on resistance bands. I've learned how to increase the resistance by holding the bands differently, which means the bands are great for people of varying strengths and for varying types of exercises. Further, for the type of exercises done with these bands, I realize now I wouldn't want wide bands. So, frankly, disregard my blather above. I also previously stated in my initial review: "Also, nitpicking, I love the Tumaz bands colors! It makes working out much more fun when the bands are vibrant purple and violet vs black and gray." I hold to that statement, but I’m not decreasing a star because of it. I would much prefer having an option of colors, because black and gray simply do not make me happy, nor make me want to work out. So, over all, these are quality bands and they are comfortable to use. They have not, so far, stretched out or frayed at all and do look brand new.
