Brought this bike for my wife but in its current state its unrideable... Everything is put together correctly but there is one VERY dangerous flaw when you are riding if you turn the wheel the pedal jams into the wheel and sends you flying ...this bike should not be on sale also no matter how much you tighten the front steering bar its not enough as the bar still turns and that is also extremely dangerous ...id ask for a refund but no longer have the box it came in etc do not buy this bike.

From ordering to receiving bike there was contact from the driver the day before and after to say what time of arrival .absolutely brilliant service from arrow as for the bike .its a cracker perfect for the wife lovely colour easy to build well packed and perfect .a massive thankyou for a brilliant service .Mr Terence cleaver

Bought this for my daughter. Bike arrived all good! assembled the bike on Friday 11th August and all seemed fine. Took her out for a first ride on 12th August, did around 10km, again all seemed fine. Took her out again on the 13th and within 1km the chain broke. On closer inspection of the front cog's the middle cog teeth have severely worn down - after just one ride out!!!! I can only imagine what this would look like after regular use, I am sure it would be totally unusable. Someone else also commented about the peddle coming into contact with the front wheel when turning, I also notice and agree it is a dangerous design flaw.

It’s a great bike altogether and great for shorter people. But the second day that I take it out the chain broke. I hadn’t even traveled 5 miles total on it yet.

One major flaw is that the handle bars come loose and turn causing the wheel to turn when cycling straight, making the bike dangerous and not safe to ride, my daughter is extremely disappointed, the bike was put together correctly and the handle bars tightened but still the problem persists

I ordered the bigger wheel size 18 inch. It took me a couple hours to put together, needed specific tools and had to work quite a bit on sorting out the breaks, as the back one wasn't working properly. The manual has no explanation whatsoever. Once was all put together and I thought ready to ride, realised when riding that the break hits the wheel when pedalling. So essentially haven't been able to use, will need to go to a bike store to put smaller wheels. It seems to have been engineered faulty.

Very pleased with the bike

Derailleur snapped after 3 short rides, got offered £10 refund to fix it saying it's just wear and tear, £10 wouldn't even pay for the part yet alone the cost to repair it, I pointed this out and got completely ignored, do not buy this junk and seller not helpful
