It's a fine and perfect fitness machine for exercise

Good Air Bike, very easy to assemble and it will help reduce neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain and help build your glutes but the seat is so hard if you already had tail bone pain or a low rider bike pain, then it will hurt. Otherwise built quality is all right. Could have been more sturdy, but can handle person with 60-70 kgs easily above 75 to 80 it feels a little bit flimsy and might disbalance if not secured properly at the bottom. Otherwise good bike.

Product is Good

Third class product. Firstly, when I received the product, the parts were damaged and so I placed an exchange. In the exchanged Delhivery, also the wheel part of the bike was kind of damaged. But I really needed the product, so I decided to keep it as it wasn’t going to make a huge difference. There were no details how to assemble the bike properly, so I have to watch YouTube video to assemble the bike. While the assembly, I realise that there are a lot of things wrong with the bike. The nuts that were given were not compatible with the product. The bike is very uncomfortable to sit on. It is a terrible product and when you cycle, you keep on hearing weird noises from it as if the bike is going to break down at any moment. While I’m cycling after even five minutes, nuts are coming off. The paddles are loosening up. I also noticed black powdered dust coming off from the bike, like where I have kept it, I can see black dust falling off it, and even my socks are getting black in colour. It is a very horrible product. They are selling it at a very cheap price during sales and everything, but I would suggest to invest in a good bike of. At least you know 12 to 15 K. This is a very cheap and unsafe product. The Power makes people reached to me via email after like 2 to 3 weeks of product delivery stating that they couldn’t reach me on the phone, so they are emailing me and if I need to book a service, I will have to call them and the service in the sense the assembly and it is not free. You will have to pay ₹500 for the assembly separately in person. As of today, I have called them twice, and they have told me that the technician would come. But no one has arrived till now. The product is horrible. Do not purchase.

I purchased this dual cycle on new year. And m very happy with the product, it's exactly as I expected it too be and I love working out on this cycle. Also, I opted for technician for installation. My technician was Pardeep Kumar. He came on time and assembled it perfectly. Only, there was one slight issue in seat,it was little tilted towards left . I thought they will not solve this .But , technician was so honest. He told me that powermax easily replaces even if there is slightest issue and surprising factor for me was that I had to do nothing technician himself mailed to the company and that piece got replaced. Not only that technician came again and reassembled it . Also , the girl that was in contact with me throughout was helpful too. She even told me that if u face any issue in future, feel free to contact us. So So ,happy and satisfied with customer service provided by Powermax team . Thank you so much ,am enjoying working out on it every single day 🙏🙏🙏🙏and can already see difference in my body.
