I order these personalized bracelets every 3 months as birthday gifts for the men in our church. They are beautiful and look like they cost much more than they do.On my last order, however, the crosses were inadvertently left off of the bracelets. The engraved crosses are an important part of why we (the church) chose to give these as gifts.When I notified the seller, they immediately responded and offered to remake the entire order of 7 bracelets to include the crosses. The replacement bracelets arrived in a matter of days... well before the time promised. And they were PERFECT!I am very happy with this company's quality products as well as their excellent customer service and look forward to doing business with them again in the very near future.

The bracelet itself is great. Very nice looking, not cheap or clunky. The adjustment tool however is garbage. I ordered multiples for gifts and half the tools were broken when the box was opened.

I got these are a gift for my teens. They loved the look of them and appreciated the messaging. I thought they arrived quite giftable and looked great for the price. The first thing we noticed after gidtingbwas how hard the latch inls to snap closed. The second was how everytime it moved on their arms it pulled their arm hairs. I realized they would never want to wear these if they are uncomfortable like that so I returned them and bought another design that will hopefully not have this issue. Its relaly too bad because they do look very nice.
