I have purchased so many zesters over the years and none of them were great at zesting lemons or oranges for me. I even have a separate zester attachment for a $200 mandoline slicer that is not very effective at zesting lemons. Frustrated, I watched America's test kitchen to see what they were recommending. They rated this product the best in the zester category. I decided to take the plunge, and give this one a try. They were spot on with their recommendation of this product. It does a great job grating the skin of lemons. The teeth are very sharp and fine. The product itself is very sturdy with heft. Because it is well constructed, the product is economical. I do not think I will be needing to purchase any other grater for years to come. It has made the task of zesting lemons easy for me. It is so much better than any of the other lemon zesters I have tried using over the years.Before purchasing this item, I had been regulated to using a sharp knife to remove the peel, and then I would scrape the white bitter part from the underside of the peel, and then finely chop the peel; a very time consuming process. This gadget has saved me so much time. It is a kitchen must have for any serious bakers.

We got it to zest citrus fruit and it does the job quite well!

This is a great grater for hard cheeses. I use it exclusively for parmesan, asiago, and others like that. Fast, easy, and quick cleanup.

So easy to use, easy to clean. Flip it and the rind is gathered easily for measuring, flip it and the rind gathers on the board.

Excelente calidad, tengo poco tiempo utilizándolo pero tiene excelente filó para rallar y la calidad de materiales es muy buena, aún no se que tan durable es por el poco tiempo que tengo con el, pero tengo un rallador de verduras de la misma marca y tengo ya 5 años con el y ralla verduras como cuando recién lo compre, espero me dure igual
