At 110 lbs, I take 1 1/2 gms fisetin with 1 gm quercetin in 1/2 tsp of unfiltered organic olive oil, first thing in the morning for 3 days, then skip it for 5 days, then back on it.I'm taking it to reduce pain & inflammation from being hit by a car. I use a lot of supplements, and some of them are very impressive.I have found MNM to be working for me, I can feel it.BUT THIS FISETIN MEGA DOSE LIKE 2-3 GRAMS, USED FOR 2 DAYS AND IT WORKS.
