This is the best washing machine we have ever used.Simple to use. Very quiet. Quick washes.Plenty of programmes and settings.The key feature for us is the two dispensers: one for detergent and one for conditioner.Fill them up to the brim and forget it. The machine will adjust the dosage for you based on the programme chosen. No more silicon detergent ball inside every wash.The display is touch screen, and the wifi option is useful to create your special settings and additional programmes. Wife is happy so I am happy too!Found it cheapest here on amazon. Costco do sell it but for £50 more. Price correct at time of purchase.

Good wash machine really impressed with the features. You can also see how much water and power you are using per wash.The IDOS is also a good feature I was not to sure about it but it does the job and saves me time.Be sure to have someone help you move it as it is very heavy but worth the hassle.

Love this washing machine. It is really easy to use and the iDos feature is handy. Not sure that I can actually fit more in than my old washer. Also if you want to use the eco mode the weight of your washing is reduced. You have to be careful if brushing passed the touch control panel because it is quite sensitive and can change your programme without you realising. The ability to stop the wash to add in missed items is so useful. I think I use this nearly everytime I wash. I didn’t find the homeconnect instructions easy to follow but got there in the end. Used to have a bed and bath programme on my old machine not sure what the equivalent wash is on this machine. Still time to discover.

An easy machine to operate, a lot quieter than most and washes a single item without going into orbit, very important if you work in a hospital. The light has proved a useful feature when checking that for that elusive sock. Surprisingly I found the WiFi feature quite useful in setting my own wash requirements and notification of the wash end.Good quality and a good buy, I am very pleased I bought it.

This is by far the worst washing machine I've ever had.. It is ment to be an Eco silent drive it actually sounded like it was about to take off.. I'm returning this ASAP I actually think it is faulty machine.. Trust me to receive it! Ringing Amazon now..

The wi fi set up failed to materialise after many attepts, but i dont actually need it.As a washing machine it works extremely well. The idos is very convenient and the easy to use settings are a doddle. Every setting is pretty much adjustable and all the adjustable settings are laid out in front of you.The motor is super silent and the bleeper to let you know the wash has finish is needed otherwise youd never know.Glad i paid the extra for this type of machine.Very happy.And im a man !!!!!!!!!

I've had this machine for nearly 5 years now, and it's been really great. Easy to use, cleans the clothes really well, and I've liked the ease-of-use of the idos system, apart from having to take it out and clean the whole tray thoroughly of black mould every 3 months (worth keeping the tray partly open at all times to mitigate against this mould).HOWEVER, I started getting fault messages recently, and had a BOSCH engineer visit. He determined the automatic idos dispensing tray system to be faulty. To replace this unit is £240!!And here's the really annoying bit: you can't use the machine in the way you would a normal washing machine. There's no option to manually add detergent and softener to the dispensing tray. This was confirmed by BOSCH customer service.I can now manually add detergent directly to the drum at the start of the cycle, but the detergent obviously won't be dispensed part way through the cycle (as it is with idos, or when you add detergent to the dispensing tray in a non-idos machine), and there is absolutely no way to manually add softener, other than trying to figure out when in the cycle to stop the machine and add it.There is an empty tray next to the two idos compartments, but the water runs through that at the beginning of every cycle.Serious engineering fail here. Or maybe not, since it strong arms you into buying a new idos tray. Looks like my only option is those little wrapped pods you add at the start.I would suggest you steer clear of idos systems, unless you don't mind forking out a chunk of money partway through its lifespan.
