My grandson loves this one so much that I ordered 9 more of different ones for Christmas. Was a big hit for my 3 year old grandson

Hard to transform
It is difficult for my 3 year old to transform this toy because it gets stuck. He has to regularly come and ask for help. He gets frustrated & it ruins his independent play. Hopefully it will get easier with time.However, the toy looks like it is pictured and he loves it. It is sturdy.

Easy to transform
My four and two year old love the transformer bots. These are easy to transform and no small parts that come off.

But a handful of these for my toddler son. Unfortunately they are just a cheap wanna be transformer. They were supposed to “transform “in one step but with such limited functionality you ultimately get something that neither resembles an automobile, machinery etc. or a robot / transformer. You essentially get a worthless blob of plastic to play with.
