I have used the Pilot G-2 pen for years ever since I first discovered it. I simply wouldn’t use any other pen now. It’s easy and comfortable to hold and write with.

Love to write with these plus they're super reliable and last forever. They're also plain enough that they don't magically go missing :)

I had heard nothing but rave reviews for this pen. Everyone within my journalling community ranks this as *THE* pen to use. Honestly, I'm underwhelmed. It isn't the smoothest, it's ink is practically indistinguishable from about three other pens I own, and it was far from the most affordable option too. It's perfectly fine, and I will use them up, but I was expecting a lot more to justify the rave reviews I see. Personally, I think it's a less smooth version of the Pentel EnerGel 0.7 (which is both cheaper and better in my opinion), but the smoothest pen of all is the Uniball Jetstream SXN-210 1.0 Rollerball, it's like writing with butter.EDIT:While my initial review was a little scathing - I will amend that this is currently one of the only pens which does not bleed through the paper of my new Stalogy notebook. That is a plus. There are still better pens to write with but this is the only one that works currently with my new notebook, so I'll give it a big plus for that.
