Quality of the actual product is great. Unfortunately it came with only has 3 screws each but needed 5 for every support. And the screw material is really soft.

Good quality apart from the screws which were unusably poor
Easy to fit, does the job. But the screws had to be replaced as they were made of such soft metal that the heads immediately stripped when trying to tighten them. They were also not very long, considering the load that a bannister rail might be expected to take, and I suspect that such poor quality metal would also be at risk of sheering off in use. If you get them, buy some quality screws to go wieh them and you'll not regret it.

Bad quality: 25% failure rate
We bought 24 brackets to support 12 sections of stair handrail. Overtime 6 brackets broke off: 25% failure rate The picture shows a bad welding of the hook to the circular plate. This is unacceptable!The irony is that we must reorder new brackets to avoid rebuilding the whole lot with different brackets.Can we at least get a refund for 6 brackets?

Bon rapport qualité prix.
La finition reste perfectible pour les plus exigeants. Mais dans l'ensemble, compte tenu du prix, c'est correct.Utilisés pour une rampe d'escalier en bois et bien fixés, les supports ne bougent pas même quand la rampe est fortement sollicitée. Il faut simplement ne pas trop espacer les supports.
