I ordered two of these for the guest room. They are perfect. Guests now have a place to plug in their phones that is convenient. The lights are touch control. They are also substantial enough that I don't have to worry about them being knocked over when the electronics are unplugged from the lamps. I would definitely recommend these lamps.

I love this for my bedside table. Perfect storage and amount of outlets. I only wish the lamp would dim slightly more than the lowest setting but otherwise it’s great

I am pleased with these lamps. I placed one in my son's room and the other in my office. They leave a small footprint but put out a lot of light. I love the extra outlets, cubbies and that it is a touch lamp.

This lamp turned out to be a little glitchy for me unfortunately. But the customer service as we’ve tried to determine and fix the issue has been AMAZING!!I actually really like this lamp in concept. It has well placed usb chargers, I love the little phone and item holders, it has a small foot print despite having all the little things I wanted for convenience sake and it’s a good looking lamp! Unfortunately, my lamp flickers at the highest setting- which I use frequently enough for it to be annoying. I contacted the shop and they asked me to buy lightbulbs to help rule out that as an issue. (Be aware- the lightbulb is lamp specific. You cant just go to the store and get a replacement). She quickly reimbursed me for lightbulbs so that wasn’t at my expense. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the issue. So she sent me a new lamp without hesitation. Unfortunately for me- that one flickers worse. So apparently some of these are slightly glitchy. (By the reviews- my lamp is in the minority). Once we determined that this lamp was also an issue- I asked for a refund. It was too late to go through Amazon by this time- but she issued the refund through amazon on her side and I recurved the notification in less than 12 hours from asking for it. The customer service has been amazing! During a time of high mail volume and mail delays and longer shipping due to the Covid crisis, not only was she prompt in responding to my inquiries and emails, but even took the time to keep me informed of delays and updates before I even asked at times. She would even inquire about my health and safety during this crisis. I will never hesitate to buy something else from this store in the future! THIS is how customer service SHOULD be done! Kudos!!

I loved the price and was wanting a soft orange-ish glow for my room. I'm in Maine, and the winters are long and get very dark, so this was my idea of a sunlight lamp. I didn't want the bright white lights that are advertised, so I chose this one, plus I liked that there were USB ports and a normal plug for phone chargers, etc.BUT.... this thing is a pain in the butt to turn on/off and switch between brightness settings. One tap may or may not turn on the lamp, and eight taps might get you to the second brightness level, and another TWELVE taps (because that's literally how many I counted) finally turn the thing off. I have tried various strengths of taps, one finger, two fingers, three fingers, tapping the base in front of the spaces for your phone, tapping the top of the lamp, pinching the stem, EVERYTHING. I have never, not once, been able to touch it once for the dimmest setting, once more for the medium setting, once again for the brightest setting, and one more time to turn it off.Overall, a cute design that is nice for charging things at your desk, the brightness levels are nice as well, but for the love of god, the touch sensitivity needs to be fixed. I'm currently looking for a different lamp for the "sun light" affect I wanted out of this.

I didn’t return. It lights the area well. The lamp is poorly crafted. It’s made of heavy coated metal. That’s the saving Grace. The lamp shade sits sort of crooked

The lamp has a US (Type A) plug. The operating voltage is 120V, so can't be used with an adapter. This product is not suitable for the UK market.
