The media could not be loaded. Doctor recommended me to take liquid D3 because I was vitamin D deficient and this is perfect for me. Its easy to take has a mild taste and is small enough to carry or store on the counter with other daily vitamins.

It has a awful taste.

I have had a vitamin d deficiency for at least 10 years. I was taken another brand tablet but it was still low. I switched to this one and after a few months it was time for lab work. The doctor asked me to cut back on my dose since I was in the 90s I believe, anyways I was at the top of the scale so I say it works.

Blood test in February indicated my levels were at the low (33 ng/ml) end of reference range (30-100 ng/ml). Following 3-5 drops daily for 3 months, blood test in May revealed level has dropped to 29 ng/ml.UPDATE: After taking 3-5 drops of D3 (2,000 IU strength) purchased from my Dr, my blood test showed D3 levels had increased from 29 ng/ml to 109 ng/ml in a little over 2 months!

The vitamin sprays seems to be good and it has a good citrus flavor. I will get tested for Vitamin D deficiency next month. We will see how good this spray is by then. What I like about it that every spray counts as 2000ID so you know exactly how much to spray depending on the dose you want.
