Been using several of Dr. Mercola supplements since 2020. This D3 works very well for me. I am no longer D3 deficient when tested. Recommended by Americas Front Line Doctors. When I used the typical box store brands of D3, I still had problems when tested.

Needed for your health
Highly recommend this particular D3. Most of the population is deficient in this supplement and if you have a consistent amount on board, you should notice a difference in your health. I take 5,000iu per day and if I am around sick people (rarely) or think I might be getting something, I take 10,000iu for a few days. It is highly safe.
