I will give 2 star for this. 2 star coz of the design but quality to price is a star. Hot in 12hrs is a scam. Warm after 5hrs or even less. You can even chug the coffee bottom up. Smh. Not worth buying. Too expensive for the quality of the product.

Absolutley pathetic. Avoid at all costs. I was very happy with the look and use of this thermos however it dropped once from a standard office desk when empty and the latch broke off and now cannot be closed. This is a poor design flaw and would usually expect better from TAKEYA as their water bottles are awesome and indistrucable.

This is now officially my favorite coffee mug. The design is clean. The lid is very convenient; I didn't believe in one-hand operation, but it's true. You can lock/unlock/drink with one hand. The mug keeps the coffee hot for hours. I"m pleasantly surprised that it's completely leak-proof. Finally, it is super easy to clean. The lid doesn't have crevices where coffee or creamer can hide. Love everything about it!
