The tap is robust and great value for money, it has an adjustable upward water spout, great for rinsing your mouth after brushing your teeth, the spout moves from right to left too. Perfect for what I wanted.

Nice tap and fitted well

The media could not be loaded. Impressive look and feel to it . As soon as the plumber fitted , Leak at first run . Disappointed ! Definitely Return on its way but I actually like the idea of this tap and there’s some good reviews . So , I ordered another one , hope and see if the second one works okay , if not , I will let you all know .Update …The second order installed and working well so far as described .

We ordered the tap several weeks before the plumber was due to fix the tap. Once the tap was installed, great design, after a few weeks the top section started to leak. There are only a few weeks to advise on return, the leak only became apparent after this short period.It is not cost effective to remove the tap, plumber costs, send the faulty tap back, secure another and pay for a return visit from the plumber, the labour involved is more than the tap is worth .No response has been provided on completion of the original complaint, very poor show.It is bad enough getting a faulty product without getting a hopeless after sales service

I'm not sure how long crome tubing will wear on the faucet- I will not be using anything too aggressive in cleaning Solutions or abrasion

Excellent VFM compared to other similar items I have looked at

Tap seems generally fine, but is leaking at the ball valve.When asking Amazon for a replacement, they referred (and linked) to the Ibergrif website. When asking them, they referred back to Amazon. Amazon then said they could only refund on return of the item, and ordering a new item separately.Poor service and poor quality. Will have to go with ordering the same tap again, given dimensions.
