I’ve ordered 3 of these now. The first one was a xxl (following their size chart) and was too big, but still kinda works. The second was an xl and fit better. I have lost some bloating weight and now need a large. Even needing to order new sizes. For this price you can’t beat the quality. I ordered these to wear around the house for back support. Wearing this for a few hours each day has really reduced my low back and lumbo-sacral joint pain. I had my belly cut open in 2008 due to a botched appendix surgery, so I had very little core muscle strength due to ignoring that area. I tho k I have some undiagnosed compromised disks due to the instability. Gaining weight since has caused a lot of low back tightness and issues. I have worn it at the gym and it does help me get proper form and more stability, but I still can’t do weighted squats because it is clear my spine is compromised and can’t take the weight. That’s not tote belt’s fault though. It is a great product. This is really well made and has survived the washing machine on hot hot and the dryer on hot just fine so far. I like that the second strap allows me to focus the support on the weakest part of my abdomen.

So I purchased the same brand back in 2021 and I believe I left a review. They have the best waist trainers and thigh trainers however, this one is just a little shorter. I have a longer torso so it doesn’t cover as much but when I tell you, it sucks you in and has you sweating buckets and trimming your waist it does just that!!! It’s definitely worth it, but if you’re tall girl, you may have to put on two

I am 1000% SATISFIED with this Waist Cincher Trainer..by far one of the BEST I've owned (I now have a total of 3) but this is the MOST COMFORTABLE & truly STAYS PUT when I wear it. I can't wait to wear it to work out since I can tell it will not restrict my movements like my latex waist trainer (with hooks closure) which is longer on my torso & flips up with too much movement AND my other waist trainer which is just a Velcro wrap that doesn't stay put or hold as tight..clearly 3rd time is the charm..LOL!! Also, the sizing worked very well..I went with the MEDIUM size after much hesitation but the snug fit is just right, I am a curvy size 12/14. I am pleased with the size/fit since I will be able to clearly see my progress as I will be able to cinch it tighter as time goes on. If I had selected the Large size I feel like I would need to purchase another one relatively sooner than later. I received my item SUPER fast & immediately have worn it the last 2 days..no waiting at all! Lastly please note that this Waist Cincher Trainer is NOT ideal for wearing under tight clothing since it will show & it wraps more around your actual waist & NOT around the lower abs area like my latex waist trainer with the hooks closure. However, I got this waist cincher trainer for my gym workouts & wearing comfortably under loose clothing, it's PERFECT & the PRICE for it was the BEST I have come across, truly EXCELLENT QUALITY! If you're ready to get your waist SNATCHED and/or to assist straightening your posture, don't hesitate, BUY THIS, you won't regret it!! I can't wait until I need a smaller size..I'll be purchasing from this vendor without a doubt!!

I absolutely love the SHAPERX Women Waist Trainer Eraser Belt! This is my first time ever using any type of shaper. I like this one. It has adjustable Velcro sections on either side. It fits comfortably. I have worn it during my workouts and while performing household chores. I didn't realize until after I took the shaper off that I did feel a difference. The shaper does cause the torso to sweat while wearing, but only lightly. I am not sure about laundering the shaper as it did not arrive with any instructions. However, I just wipe my shaper off with a damp cloth to which I have applied a small amount of woolite. The stitching seems ok to me so far. I read a few reviews complaining the shaper was "coming apart". No issues for me so far. I have had the shaper a few weeks now. No noticeable difference in my waistline yet. Please note this shaper will likely not lay smoothly under regular clothes. It seems more suitable for wearing during a workout. The shaper also does not cover all the way to the top of the hips. I have a short torso, but on me the shaper covers from just under the breast area down toward the lower abdomen- but not the whole lower abdomen. Exercise caution when choosing your size. I am 5'3" and 184 lbs. I have a 37 inch waist. In ordered a large as indicated by the website's sizing chart. I thought the shaper wouldn't fit initially, but it does. I will not return it because I want restriction and I want to reduce my waistline. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and would not return the item and would recommend to a friend.
