Took some experimenting to get my eggs cooked evenly and mess to a minimum, but think I have it down and really like this pan

I made an egg burger, it works well, but it's still a bit sticky, the price is good

I used it as soon as I got it to make crumpets. So tired of the hassle of metal rings. Used 2 forks to do the flipping with no problem. Had to try an egg and that went well, too. The only difficulty is that the pan is very light.

I do not use this very much because the handle is very loose. The screw that holds the handle on is a little longer than the pan side hole is threaded. I am looking for a smaller screw or a tap to extend the threads out in the pan.it does work with my induction cook top and is fairly easy to clean. I doubt the non-stick feature will last long. Only the handle, to me, seems to be the only thing about this whole pan that was actually made with some thought and care.

It is the best non-stick pan I own...that really surprised me. I just used it for fried eggs...it's awesome. Pleasantly surprised at just how good this thing works!

One of the product pictures shows an egg being lifted from the pan with a pair of chopsticks. If you coat the pan with a pea-sized ball of butter (one ball per egg cup), you can actually do this. We bought this pan to make the eggs and sausages for own sausage-egg-and-cheese English muffin breakfast sandwiches. It is 100% perfect for this job (if you add that butter; without it, the egg does stick a bit to the pan). The eggs leave almost no trace in the pan after cooking (again, if you butter the pan). The sausages do leave a bit of cooked fat, but it comes off with a sponge. You can put this through the dishwasher if you want to, but you really don't need to. Rinse and dry is all it takes.We use it over a gas stove, but it does have a circular ferromagnetic plate attached underneath the square main part of the pan (which is not magnetic). Probably, this means it would work on an induction stove.If you want to make perfect eggs that fit exactly on an English muffin (and almost perfectly matching sausages; the sausage shrinks a bit), this is the pan that you've been looking for. (Alton Brown always says that every kitchen tool should be a multi-tasker. We don't know if this one can do anything else or not, and we don't care. It makes perfect eggs and sausage to fit on an English muffin, and that's more than good enough for us.)
