A nice easy to use spoon that is good quality and a reasonable price.

Typical Chinese quality, feel the width never mind the quality. Some rough areas due to lack of care sanding, thick clumsy bowls. Made from a light wood and stained darker so if you resand them you end up with light spots. I was also concerned about whether the varnish on them is food safe, they have a definite smell of polyurethane varnish. Like most Chinese renditions of Japanese things they lack the style and quality of the real thing. I am lucky to own real Japanese renge (spoons) they were a gift from a lifetime Japanese friend sent from Japan and the quality, finish and delicate refinement are completely superior to this Chinese set. I kept the spoons and will probably end up sanding the varnish of them and refining the shape. In their defence the whole set was cheaper than a single Japanese spoon, so I suppose you get what you pay for. I feel I can't recommend them unless you enjoy a craft project and are happy to spend time to re sand them.

Acquistati per la confettata del matrimonio (settembre 2024), ora li uso in cucina in vari modi. Li tengo nei barattoli di farina e zucchero, e li uso anche per servire dolci o spuntini. Il legno è liscio e ben rifinito. Esteticamente molto belli, danno un tocco curato anche nella dispensa. Li ho lavati più volte in lavastoviglie e finora hanno retto bene. Conclusione: Resistenti, lavabili e versatili. Ottimo acquisto.

Preciosas cucharas, muy bien talladas y con detalle en el grabado , lo cual le da ese toque diferente a otros productos similares de otras marcas. Las he recibido esta semana por lo que aún no le hemos dado mucho uso pero parece madera de buena calidad y bien tratada. Venían empaquetadas perfectamente cada una por separado en una bonita caja y en perfecto estado sin golpes , lo cual es de agradecer dado que muchos productos llegan a veces en lamentables condiciones de embalaje . Aunque sean algo caras por precio , pero valen lo que cuestan y como regalo para los amantes de la comida de cuchara tradicional es perfecto ya que con estas cucharas de madera, la comida da la sensación de intensificar su sabor y con ello disfrutas más con cada bocado . Estoy encantada con este regalo y doy cinco estrellas al producto y al servicio de la empresa.
