Vivant Skin Care Mandelic Acid 3-in-1 Wash 4 ounce

I love this face wash. I've been using it for acne/acne scarring and I haven't had a break out since. I wash my face with this in the shower and than use maderma gel for my acne scars and my face has literally improved SO much I haven't seen it this clear in years. Not sure if it's the face wash or maderma but I recommend using the 2 in combination.

Vivant is the only brand of Mandelic acids that work, that I have found..love this stuff! I have tried everything for acne, mandelic is like the best kept secret for problem skin!

i am very disappointed in myself for falling for the positive reviews I read here on Amazon for these Vivant Skin Care products. I ordered the 3 in 1 toner, and 2 bottles of the wash. Both products have, not just one or two, but several ingredients that Greenpeace, the Environmental Working Group, and many others are condemning. These groups I DO TRUST! Let's begin: 1.ammonium laurel sulphate is a compound that may be contaminated while processing with ethylene oxide, and 1,4- dioxane, which are confirmed human carcinogens, or known to cause cancer in humans. 2. Proplylene glycol/ butylene glycol are known to be harmful and may cause a wide variety of health issues, kidney damage, liver damage, and central nervous system damage. 3.diazolidinyl urea is a compound that slowly releases formaldehyde, which is a confirmed human carcinogen. 4. When "fragrance" is listed as an ingredient, it could mean anything unless the ingredients of the fragrance are actually listed. It's a catch all phrase for hidden chemicals such as phlalates. 5.parabens, such as methyparaben, proplylparaben are preservatives linked to endocrine disruption, cancer, and reproductive toxicity. There have been recent new studies showing parabens showing up in breast cancer samples, as it is often an ingredient in deodorant. Scary isn't it? Google recent studies breast tissue contains parabens to confirm this for yourself. 6. And red dye #36!!!!! Why do we need another ingredient to color our products, which also is a known carcinogen. I can't even find where exactly #36 originates from. Hopefully that's enough to get you started. The list of ingredients in the 3 in 1 toner are all similar if not worse!!

For some reason, Vivant has decided to stop selling this in 8oz, and only offer it in 4oz. Also, for this to only contain 3% mandelic acid, it is STUPID expensive. The 8oz bottle was around $44, but seemed to be mostly worth it (begrudgingly). Now I have to put up with the price and a much smaller size, so Vivant had lost me as a customer. It was a good year and a half. Please make go back to making larger sizes and think about reconfiguring costs without sacrificing quality and integrity.

Its a good product however half of the item leaked out of the bottle into the packaging... Refund window was closed so i cant get a refund
