Being recently pregnant, I have never experienced acne before and was at a total loss. This stuff is great! I would absolutely recommend it. It does make a difference in my spots overnight. While they aren't completely gone within one night, they are much diminished in a day and less red. Within two days, the spot has dried up. This is a good product and awesome that it is safe in pregnancy.

I am LOVING all of Mambino's products, but this is my absolutely FAVORITE out of everything --- WOW this stuff works!!!!! I have actually been using it over my whole face every night (following up with a moisturizing serum, then re-applying over larger blemishes), and the next morning the blemishes are half the size. With only two weeks of using this consistently every night, my skin is more even-toned and the breakouts have decreased significantly (which is amazing for my face, considering I usually had two fresh pimples daily). I have tried a LARGE number of other products geared towards acne, but I can say this is the only one that made a real difference for me. I really hope this product is never discontinued, it has worked miracles for me!!! :)

I didn't like the smell. It had a very medicated smelling. The over night application did not work for my blemishes.

It was smelly but I could have accepted that if it was effective. Disappointed that it didn't help my pregnancy blemishes.

I have always had problematic skin and bought this while pregnant because the ingredients were safe. It actually did a pretty good job. I used it religiously - even on other parts of my body that broke out due to the pregnancy acne. Even though I sealed the bottle after each use it dried out rather quickly. I just purchased another pregnancy safe product from Amazon and am going to give that a try. Bottom line - worked well in helping clear blemishes but it didn't "wow" me.

I'm in my first trimester and have developed breakouts, which I hate (of course)! I usually use Proactiv daily which works really well for me for maintenance, but with the pregnancy I don't want to risk the chemicals. I read the reviews of this product and decided to give it a try. I've had it for 24 hours, and already I love it! The breakouts are going down, and my skin feels more normal than it has in weeks! I highly recommend! (as an FYI, I put it on the problem areas and keep it on for as long as possible; I haven't done overnight bcse it flakes, but it's great for at-home time when you don't need to go anywhere for a couple hours!)

My skin has always been very acne prone and now that I am pregnant, I needed something safe to use. This would dry up existing pimples, but it didn't do anything to prevent new ones. It also dried out very fast so I felt like I ended up not being able to use all of it. I think it would be fine for a pimple here or there but not strong enough for acne skin. No side effects though.

Good stuff. The tube got crusty after a while, so I added a few drops of water, shook and scraped with the wand, and it softened up again. It's kind of a mud ingredient, so it has a good shelf life and revived easily. I think I still have some left, come to think of it... The only thing is that after using it, sometimes a little of it stays put after washing my face, so I have to scrub the blemish a little, which I prefer not to do. I also use e.l.f. cosmetics blemish stick. It's just a salicylic acid application, but it works great. Overall, this is a great product, gentle and healthy and nourishes the skin while attacking the blemish.
