After spending 1 night in this mattress, i.e 8 inch long size lux, I am writing my experience about the product. The matress initially felt that it is too soft and bouncy and had a doubt that it may give a back pain in the morning but it dint, actually the smart grid balanced the body weight and distribution so well that I woke up fresh and with no pain in the morning and again no partner disturbance was great. I usually go to toilet 3-4 times during whole night bt my kid and my wife did wasnt disturbed at all, thanks to the support team whom I called and shared an info for not receiving the maytress cutter, sample of smart grid and the invoice. They have assured to resolve my issue. Over all its a good mattress at this price point however it could have been even better if the mattress had an extra open and wash cover from the outside....any way I give it 4.5 out of 5 rating. Point 5 not given due to unavailability of open and wash cover.....

At first everyone around my household said,"YOU HAVE MADE A VERY BIG MISTAKE BECAUSE IT'S SOO SOFT, EXPENSIVE AND SO ON" I slept on it for like good 30 minutes and was kind of agreed with my family members. But when I actually slept on this mattress for a night I woke up next morning with no back pain or shoulder pain . Those kind of pains were my main reason for this purchase. Ever since I bought this mattress everyone's saying one thing its very soft and not good for back support but after sleeping on it they got shocked like how come a soft mattress can be so supportive to your body that instead of getting new body pain their old one's gone away in just a single night. And I don't think it's that expensive price was soo genuine.
