It worked very well with 1/2 gal whole and 1 qt whipping cream. Made a nice fontina.Thanks

Does not work.
Used a packet 2x in the following way. 1/25 of the packet per packet instructions which required 14 hours to create a soft curd. The next batch used calcium chloride to firm the curd and used 1/5 of a packet (enough for 20L per the package!) for 1 gallon (less than 4L). Result appears to be the same although faster. Currently passing an hour and have no reached clean break status where the package claims 50 minutes.This product does not work.
