Brilliant product, great service
Christmas present for our 5 year old twins who absolutely loved it. Very easy to use but more importantly looks and sounds great.Service also very good. I had a question and got an answer on WhatsApp in minutes.

So much fun - the adults joined in the karaoke
Like that the beatbox is compact and the two mics with echo and other controls, this can play CDs and Bluetooth connection. Well, the kids love the changing colours which add to the atmosphere. Kids love it now Fridays after school is becoming a popular activity at my house, kids and a couple of friends, karaoke and pizza to end the school week and start their weekend! The adults pitch in… intermittently of course😄Recommend for an all round present.

Great value
Great value eventually set up but one missing instruction for connection to Bluetooth was to press the function button. Everything was great. Sound lights and the disc included accommodated all.

Didn’t connect to Bluetooth
Box looked like it had previously been opened. Wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth. Tried to phone supplier. No answer. Tried to WhatsApp. No answer. Wasted a lot of time on it. Sent it back and bought another make. Very disappointed. Very bad service

Audio is fragmented over Bluetooth and AUX
Item looks great and plenty of volume, the lights are nice and bright as well, but the connectivity seems broken and I'm not sure it feels good value for money.On connecting to my iPad over Bluetooth, the audio is extremely crackly, it almost sounds like a loose cable. Via the aux cable, it's the same result or actually no sound at all. It may well be something broken rather than just not very good.Connecting to the TV via the RGB works, but there's about a 1 second lag between the TV sound/visual and the unit output. As the only way to see the lyrics is via the TV - is there another way to see them? - this is a bit of a pain.It's also very difficult to get the balance between the music output and the microphone output as the microphone output always seems to override the music.
