Used this for awhile to help my 4 year old fall asleep at night. After 6 months or so, we noticed he was so tired during the day and having increased behaviors at school. Stopped the melatonin and his behaviors pretty much disappeared. He went from being on the verge of suspension to now doing so well. It worked for what we wanted it to, just maybe not so great for our child. He seemed groggy from it.

these work great for my kiddo! he is allergic to many brands and breaks out in itchy hives. this has been the only brand that he tolerates without any negative side effects

We have a 7 year old with adhd and autism, as well as a 5 year old. Both have a hard time falling asleep before 10 pm no matter what we try, esp our 7 year old girl. Straight kids melatonin helps them a little bit, but not as good as this one that also includes some magnesium. Added bonus of them having less constipation probably due to the magnesium. We love it. It also tastes better than most and doesn't leave a gross gooey residue on their teeth, so brushing before bed is less messy thanks to these been chewable tabs. Other brands are gummies that make dental hygiene harder in little ones. This one is perfect and we are sad when it goes out of stock.
