Very nice waffle maker. Very convenient for gas stove.

Good concept, but the design means the stroopwafels are always slightly uneven as it doesn’t close evenly. One side is tighter than the other. Still works, but not as even as it should be

Great quality, great function. On a gas burner the heating is a little uneven, but we actually like the mottled look better!

Pros:This is very non-stick, I was really impressed with the fact that nothing stuck to it.Cons:This came with ZERO recipes, ZERO instructionsThe thin wood spatula warps when it gets a little wet, washing is almost impossible, it has so far returned to it's flat state after fully drying.The wood handle arrived cracked, but so far is not showing signs of slipping or falling offThis arrived in a plastic bag and was not received in a giftable manner.So far we have made waffle cones, waffle bowls, and cheese cones.We all decided the cheese cones, while looked cool on Pinterest were not worth eating, so save yourself the expense. The waffle cones, since we didn't have a recipe in the box, we googled one and have been making tweaks to see if we can improve it. We have not yet tried the recipe online, wish they would have shared it in the box.

Amazing product

There is a major design flaw with this stove top waffle maker. It doesn’t lay flat on the stove element! The waffle can’t get even heat and cook thru correctly. What a bummer. My stove also has a ridge around the entire 4 burners, increasing the height disparity even more! Check out the shoddy craftsmanship on the iron part too. Severely defects. It looks like paint? Please don’t purchase this!

I love the grill, but the handle is so short you have too be very close to the fire, had to wear welding gloves to make a Quesadilla.
