The Isometric Exerciser
I was using the Exerciser back in 1975-76But somehow it went missing,Was searching for. Found The product it on Amazon, Once Again started exercising with it. Its very good for building strength &/or losing the weight.

Not comfortable to use
It has two main drawbacks :1. Plastic grip at both ends are smaller and not suitable to apply force by palm2. Thickness of ropes are thin which causes pain in palm while pulling.Apart from above 2 main points - load felt while pressing is not smooth . Hence overall quality is very poor.
