Great buy
This water flosser works well and does what it’s supposed to do. The pressure settings are easy to adjust, and the large water tank means fewer refills. The different tips are useful, especially for braces and general cleaning. It’s simple to use, easy to clean, and feels sturdy on the counter. Overall, a reliable addition to a daily dental routine.

Works well
I love using this. A much cheaper option than a waterpik, but does the same job. Easy to use.

Quieter than Waterpik
My Waterpik WP-60W tubing broke right at the handle. Hah, I thought, I'll just get a replacement, little knowing that particular model is a bastard design with no available replacement parts. So I ordered this complete unit. 🍒 Good build quality 🍒 Quieter, easier tank to base insertion and smaller footprint than Waterpik 🍒 The speed (hence, pressure) dial and rubber suction feet make sure unit stays put when turning on and using unlike some units with a rocker switch 🍒 Tubing plug into unit is compatible with widely available handpiece assemblies (ie, WP-100, etc), so with some finagling to the tubing with a heat gun, replacement IS doable 🍒 Tips are snap in compatible with WP-100, are easy to insert, and literally spring out of the handpiece when unlatched 🍋 Wider radius tip shape makes it hard to spray behind molars (see photo), hence only 4⭐ rating 🍋 Smaller 600ml tank requires me to fill all the way to the top 🍋 For useful pressure, speed knob needs to be turned almost fully clockwise 🍋 Rubber suction feet prevent scooting unit across the countertop from wall to sink. No biggie, I set it in a small plastic tray 🍋 Tip storage lid compartment doesn't store all the provided tips. Again, no biggie 🍋 For an appliance this small, the power cord is a heavier gauge than necessary

Nifty little thing!
I put a tube of toothpaste next to it for a size comparison. It's a nice little size. Perfect for even smaller bathroom counter tops and it's shape makes it a good item to stick in a corner to save even more space or for a cleaner aesthetician. All the attachments are nice. The only one I personally don't like is the tongue cleaner. It doesn't do as well of a cleaning job as a traditional tongue scraper. But given all its good I'd say that's a minor issue. The stream power is adjustable the attachment part can rotate which is nice because it won't kink up the cord and is nice for those of us with arthritis in the wrists and hand.

Truewell vs Waterpik
I bought a new cordless Waterpik about 7 months ago. It works okay after charging fully, but the performance drops quickly if you don’t recharge it after each use. After becoming disenchanted with the $79 Waterpik, I bought the Truewell for half the price of the Waterpik. Wow, what a difference! Granted, you keep it pulled in, but the pressure is great! I’d say maybe 50% stronger than the fully charged Waterpik. Save your money and buy this instead of Waterpik. You’ll be happy you did.

Not so good
This is bulky and loud. After a few months, it did start to leak.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This is the best water dental flosser I've ever purchased. I used to think that Water Pik was the best, but not after using this one. This dental flosser has numerous tips that you can use for the various issues you may have. It's handy because it's portable and can sit on the area near my bathroom sink so there's less mess from the water spraying. You can easily change the speed of the flow and my entire mouth feels so much better and cleaner, it's amazing. I would highly recommend!

Not worth the money……
I bought this item in September 2025. In January 2026 it stopped working. Turns on but has no pressure so it is useless. I did contact the seller & they responded initially & requested a video & order number which I provided & then went completely silent. I am very disappointed because I have used this brand before & it lasted 4 years which is why I repurchased. Do not purchase this item, not worth the money.
