First of all, they're delicious in my opinion. But, if you're struggling with breast milk production like I was and having a hard time keeping up with water intake, these are a life saver. I buy them 4 cases at a time and drink 3 or so a day and it's made a huge difference for me. My little guy usually drinks about 20oz during the day at daycare. I used to only produce about 15 or less ounces during my 3 to 4 pumps at work, but after introducing BodyArmor to my diet, I now easily produce 20oz pumping 3x a day while at work. On top of the breast feeding benefits, I just feel better. I'm more hydrated and the added vitamins and minerals seem to give me more energy. I'm very grateful for this product and am so glad they offer the lyte version so the sugar intake is removed from the equation. If you've been researching the product and wonder if it helps, it truly does.

This is one amazing drink that I'm so happy has made it's mark in Canada now as well.....I first had it with a visit to the US and it was the BEST drink I ever had....flavor, and thirst quenching and over all, good for you too......keep up the good work Bodyarmor....I'm a fan :)

My gastroenterologist told me to get more electrolytes for my gut condition. I asked the pharmacist what sports drinks had the most electrolytes. She suggested BodyArmour. I love that I can get the lyte and avoid the extra sugar and calories.

All these years I've been drinking Gatorade with loads of sodium and not vitamins just to realize not only does Bodyarmor do the same thing but it helps me meet my potassium levels each day that I was always short in along with a bunch of other vitamins!

The picture and description described another 4 pack variety (the orange 4 pack). The blue four pack with different flavors was delivered. Two flavors are the same as the orange pack but two are different, and I don’t like these two as much as the two that come from the orange pack. They’re pretty good (so I’ve given four stars)…just disappointed I didn’t get my favs, as ordered.

I researched this product along with the ones that are advertised on tv, especially for my condition this is what you buy if your dehydrated because it works, the others are full of nonsense that’s all I can say, Body Armor does the job
