So simple to use
I’ve started a training programme so need to measure arm width etc. This is so easy to use.

A tape measure
Initially I thought a gimmick but in fact they are very good. No false reading or cheating when pulling a tape round your waist. Same tension every time. Also easy to your measurement after it has been taken as the tape is held fast till read. All in all a good little buy. Cheap but effective and good quality.

Does what it's supposed to. Made it easy to measure chest, waist.

Feels quite cheap. I suppose it is! Does the job though. Seems to be accurate enough. Doesn’t really lock in place. You need to hold onto it yourself. Ok but I am sure there are better alternatives.
