I volunteered to teach crochet to my son's 2nd grade class and I wanted to provide all the necessary supplies so the students would be able to take them home and continue practicing outside of class. I had intended to go through my home stash of yarn, but given the diversity in the class I thought it would be better to have a wide range of colors for the students to choose from. This set was the PERFECT solution! The yarn is high enough quality that it's easy for the kids to work with but cheap enough that it won't break the bank. The colors are bright and vibrant and the kids really love being able to choose a few colors they love. The skeins are small, but just the right size for a small beginner project (we're doing bracelets). Unless you do complex amigurumi where you need a tiny amount of a lot of different colors, I don't see this being practical for everyday use, but for learning you really can't beat the deal.

Great Yarn multiple colors my only issue is these are very small amounts of yarn if you started a project I’m unsure if you would find the exact color match. Overall good quality small quantity. Hand for reference in size

I made the mistake of thinking these were larger skeens not mini balls of yarn. Im new just learning to crochet. I just went by the picture I didnt know they were going to be so tiny. I gave 3 stars because the yarn is really loosely wound the strings come open and catch when crocheting. Also the yarn has many fibers sticking out with make it look fuzzy when finished, not smooth. Its a cheap yarn good for beginner practice but I wouldnt use it for more than that.

The colors are so pretty! Just the right amount of yarn and it doesn’t take up much space.

These are the tiniest skeins of yarn I’ve ever seen! A little ball of scrap yarn would be bigger! The amount of yarn combined in the whole set wouldn’t equal 1/2 of a normal skein of yarn that you could purchase for $3.00! These tiny skeins might be good for cat toys. The quality of yarn is thinner than worsted weight yarn. I’ve been knitting and crocheting for over 50yrs. I bought these for my 10yr old granddaughter to teach her, but nope I’ll purchase different yarn bc this set is utterly disappointing!!!

This set of acrylic yarn skeins was the perfect gift for my girl! she loved the color variety, the quality and durability are amazing. She had fun making my toddlers beanies and scarfs!

40 x 10g balls of mini yarns. I bought 2x packs to crochet amigurami projects which these yarns are ideal for. They are absolutely adorable (palm size). The colours are gorgeous and bright with a good selection to choose from. Very good quality yarn. Soft, smooth and easy to work with. No splitting or breaking. Perfect for children, small craft projects or small knitting & crochet items. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more 👍 5* **UPDATE** 13/04/2020 Loved these yarns and was about to do the subscribe & save option for them until I realised the price had increased by nearly a whopping 100%. Unfortunately I will not be buying them at this increased price as they are now not value for money. Such a shame because at the original price they were a great value pack of mini yarns. In my honest opinion the quality of the yarn although good is not anywhere near worth a near double increase of cost. (I have not changed my comments + rating in my original review because they were based on the purchase of these yarns at that time).

Schöne u vielfältige Farbauswahl. Ideal für Anfänger. Zwischendrin sind leider immer wieder Wollstränge die fusseln, aber ansonsten ist die Wolle schön weich u gut zu verarbeiten. Ich verarbeite die Wollknäuel gerade mit meiner Strickliesel zu einer bunten Kordel um später daraus einen Kissenbezug zu häkeln. Dafür sind diese bestens geeignet.
