These are the “Goldilocks” of insoles - and I’ve tried SO many! Older running sneakers that still look great but need a bit more oomph? These will buy you months more of treadmill runs before you need to replace your sneakers. Flats that make your feet ache? These provide arch support without adding bulk so you can walk in them all day & you no longer feel every pebble under the thin soles. Trendy casual sneakers like Sambas or Converse that have zero support for wearing out & about all day? These make them wearable & more comfortable. Shoes that are just a hair too big? These will make them fit as snug as a bug.They work in almost any shoe or situation, the not-too-thin but not-too-thick, perfect in between. There’s just enough arch support & cushioning, they even work in many shoes that don’t have removable insoles (you can put it down right over the original, often without really altering the fit of the shoe). Easy to cut to size, just use the guides on the back, or pro tip: trace the insole from the shoe in which you’ll be using them. I think I have these in almost all my shoes now and I’ll continue to buy/replace them as needed — they are THAT good!

I've had a pair of casual sneakers for years that I love, but I haven't been able to wear them in months because the original insoles finally wore out. At first I thought I'd have to replace the shoes themselves, which would have been really hard because they aren't made anymore. These insoles popped up in my recommendations, so I figured I'd see if I could just replace the original insoles or fit these on top. After seeing them, I don't think I'd recommend trying to fit them on top of your original insoles because they have a plastic piece on the bottom for arch support, so they may feel weird, especially if your original insoles already had arch support. In my case, I found out that my original insoles were actually removable, so I just took them out first.These were really easy to cut and place even though I'm a half size. The shoes are a 6.5, so I cut the insoles to a 7 first and then lined them up with the original insole to get the correct length and shape. I did cut them very slightly big to avoid any gaps around the toe, and they fit perfectly, snug with no gaps anywhere but also not enough excess to rub against my feet or take up extra room in the shoes.I walked about 3/4 of a mile in the shoes today and thought they were pretty comfortable, definitely better for walking than they were before. I have high arches and my original insoles were flat, so the arch support in these was definitely welcome. I felt way less discomfort and fatigue in my feet/lower legs than I usually do in my flatter shoes. Overall, highly recommend.

I don't know why, but I expected these to stick in sandals. They do. They also squeak when walking and stick to your feet, so they move

Great price! And great light support! I honestly did not know what to expect but did purchase 1 pr for a "nearly gone forever" work sneaker. It has transformed those sneakers that I thought I would throw away, into usable sneakers for yard work & other work around the house we do! I love them even after several weeks using them. I did purchase a 2nd set of Dr. Scholl's inserts for another slip on sneaker that has lived "way beyond" it's years of use. Lol. But with these inserts into that pair of slip on sneakers has given those sneakers more years of use. I just slip the sneakers on & go! I have gotten so used to them I forgot how difficult it was before I got these inserts! They are so durable & easy to "cut to size" & easy to use! Please know they are not too thick & easy to get used to! I suggest you try a pair because I am sold on these & will purchase whenever I need them now.

I live in ballet flats and these inserts add the perfect amount of cushioning and support. Fits in my shoes without any need to trim. Doesn't slide or slip in the shoe. Because it is a rubber/plastic consistency I find I have to wear a knee high or sock otherwise your foot sticks to the insert. Not an issue for me, but something to consider. Oh and the insert doesn't have any plastic or rubber odor. I really like these inserts and would recommend them.
