It's leaking from the flower tubes. Is this normal? Is there a fix?

Remove the flowers. Hummers don’t need them, and they are difficult to clean. See if that improves your situation. Ours don’t leak.

Took apart to clean. Can't reinsert yellow bee guard. Tried pushing down but afraid will break it.Is there an easier way to put the yellow guards back

The yellow bee guard simply slides back on the tube inside the flower.

Is this actually red glass or is it coated with red that will scratch & peel?
