Delicious, but don't eat too much
This product is 100% as advertised, and it tastes delicious. It is fine enough that it tastes like all-purpose flour in baking, honestly the best tasting alternative to wheat I've tried yet. However: this stuff is "resistant starch" and eating too much of it can cause significant discomfort during digestion. I experienced this after baking 1-to-1 with it. So, better to plan to use only a some of this in your baking rather than as a 100% sub for other flours.

Rancid and Terrible Company
I buy green bannana flour all the time and I know well what green bannana flour tastes like and I have never tasted rancid green bannana flour. This product is absolutely rancid and the taste is unbearable and probably unsafe. Do not be fooled by the price or the "organic" label. This is inedible and not returnable. Horrible company taking advantage of their customers.

Incredible reduction in inflammation
This flour has resulted in an amazing reduction in my chronic inflammation. I mix two tablespoons into my yogurt most days. Astonishing results. I've tried everything! I highly recommend it.

Not the best if looking for resistant starch
I bought this as Johnny good nature banana fiber wasn't available, but I'm sorry to say it's not the same quality. The amount of resistant starch is definitely less than Johnny's. If your looking for just banana flour I'm sure its fine but for resistant starch I wouldn't buy again unless I had no option

Stale and not edible.
Horrible! First they falsely marketed this showing the large box. There are small bags. Second, and most importantly, the flour is stale and disgusting. I ordered many bags as banana flour is hard to come by at times. These are not refundable. I paid double for this gross product that I cannot eat.
