Not quite 500 grams but close enough for my use. Going to use it to weigh down filament spools in my 3D printer multi-material system.

I do use these to calibrate my USPS electronic postal scale...
but then I tried using them as weights for when I glue things in my crafts. Since they are a small footprint, they work well for little items. I also use them to keep paper stationary when I am adding things to my card fronts. In other words, they make GREAT paperweights and don't take up much space. I splurged and bought several to keep in different rooms to have handy.
