This is a really nice popcorn maker. I put a large bowl under the shoot, and warm the machine up for about 30sec before putting a cup (provided) of kernels into the cylinder (stop the machine when you do this step). I don't put any oil into popcorn, and I don't understand the need for it as this snack is not supposed to be loaded with cholesterol. Anyhow, the shoot is directed to the sink in case some popped corn fly over the bowl. The machine makes delicious popcorn even if you don't buy the most expensive dried corn. With this method I get no unpopped kernels. None!

I'm surprised there are so many positive reviews on this thing. 3 stars was me being generous. First, you can only make the EXACT amount in the cup. Not more. Not less. It used to be if I did that it would make 1 perfect bowl. But in a family of 5 we need more than 1 bowl. The next batch will burn. Does not cool down fast. Also lately I can not even make that 1 perfect batch without the last third or so burning.

Awesome popcorn maker except for the fact that the mouth is so wide it shoots popcorn everywhere. Well let’s say about 5% ended up on my counter and about 25% of the Kernels were unpopped because they traveled up with the popped kernels.

Overall a good popcorn popper. It’s FAST, and the popcorn comes out hot and fluffy.The only negatives are that it shoots popcorn out at a crazy speed and in different directions and makes a mess. Also, a lot of unpopped kernels end up in the bowl. Otherwise, it’s OK. Decent, and does what it’s supposed to do.

Cannot spin the popcorn to ensure even popping if more than a quarter cup is loaded. Popcorn has uneven flavor due to some of the kernels getting roasted before they finally get ejected. Butter melter is too high up with no airflow to melt the butter since the average run is so short. It does pop popcorn very quickly but I think that is at the expense of the flavor and evenness.

Great little unit. My only complaint is that I always have about 10 unpopped kernels and one or two popped kernels fly out of the bowl. Not a bad trade off for great tasting popcorn.

Cute Fast does good job..but works best if you preheat for a couple minutes, which helps to pop ALL the kernals.I like this little popper thingy.

Only got 5-6 uses out of my machine before it broke. However, customer service reached out to issue a refund and let me know that that they have upgraded their machines to prevent this from happening again.
