This came with their Power Tower. They’re very sturdy. I use them on a flat smooth surface as there’s no way I’d use them on anything that wasn’t a flat smooth surface because the wheels are small

Chiseled my abs in 3 days. The equivalent of Michaelangelo. Can you believe that? Neither can I... OK I lied, but it IS a great ab workout that takes only a few minutes before your core is burning. Its a great tool if you have back pain while doing sit-ups or crunches. This takes the pressure off of your back. May not be good for those with shoulder injuries but a solid ab machine.
