This is actually a great little safe, provided the small size suits your needs. A bit of paint did immediately fall off as soon as I removed the outer bag, but as the primary functions still worked, I wasn't going to return it on that basis. Buuuut, I soon found it was too small. If you're only looking to put in a couple of items, such as a passport and maybe two pieces of jewelry (in their cases), you're fine, but more than that and you'll likely be looking for something bigger. I ended up getting a 0.40 cubic foot one from the same manufacturer, but this is the only model that comes in various appealing colors!This safe didn't have the problem I've read other safes having, where the door + batteries become so heavy it unbalances the whole safe or causes the door to sag. In both safes that I bought from the same maker, the door worked as it should and had no balancing issues.What does detract from the product is the fact that the door, obviously having to house the locking and light mechanisms, is pretty thick, so you don't have as much space inside as you might think. You can't place anything right to the edge of the door, because then the door won't be able to close. That's partly why this small safe didn't work out for me.Pros:- Easy to program- Inner light- Intuitive to open- Comes with felt lining- Sturdy- Cute size in various colors for small itemsCons:- The door thickness takes away storage space- The plastic piece that 'hides' the key lock dropped off immediately, but then was impossible to replace; not that huge a deal, but still- Might be too small, depending on your needs

Safe is a good safe , good on battery life an good to keep your stuff safe in the house (from people that Yk) safe is light anyone can take it an mettle is thin it’s a good safe just to put your wallet or saved up money in just to save without family going they your stuff if a robber broke in he can walk out with that safe in one arm

This safe doesn't lock electronically. It defeats the purpose of the safe. I didn't realize this until it was too late to return.

Good but beware of how hard u close the door cause ive had multiple time where i accidentally made the batteries pop out with and without the back cover 😭

This safe was purchased to hold cards, notes and other special items that my child gives me. It's tiny, the cover to the recovery lock broke during unboxing, and It might provide a bit of protection as a tertiary level of protection. This is such a disappointment.
