I have arthritis in my thumb joint and have gotten several rounds of steroid shots that were not effective. I used Genacol for 3 months and the pain in my thumb joint improved. I ran out of Genacol and went back to my glucosamine that I was using before and the pain was back within a week. I reordered the Genacol and the pain is much better. It may have been a flair up that caused the pain to return so only time will tell.

I have had creaky news most of my life. However, I've always taken Glucosamine, MSM etc. I've also used creams and foams. They kept me in the game but i never felt I could push to far. I've been taking this for two weeks... my knees feel REBORN! I will be buying again and again. Unreal, hard to believe. I actually noticed after a week. I was surprised by good my joints felt. Love Love!

Been buying this for the parents years before and it has been a great help in terms of joint stiffness and pain. As advised it wont work like magic you have to take it for a few months to see the effects, or sometimes you may not feel the effect now but your body will thank you later as we age gracefully. It does not work overnight you have to let this supplement run its course build collagen and etc. inside you body. But then again what worked for my parents may not work for you. If you are taking any other maintenance medication is is highly encouraged to talk to your Doctor first to avoid any adverse reactions towards your medication. Hope this helps for those who are still deciding. They also have a lot of variety of this supplement just try to compare them and hope you find what's best for you!

I don't know at this time if joint pain and discomfort is better or not ...The last 3 ingredients (Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin Sulfate, and MSM), have me so loopy, I can't take the recommended dose as stated...I actually was only taking 2 tablets (mornings), instead of 3. I have since decreased intake to 1 tablet at NIGHT. I also have ordered the original collagen (like previously done-2 capsules) to take 2 in the mornings to try and receive the balance I need. I hope this regimen works.

My Mom takes this. It's expensive for her and we live 1500+ miles apart. So, I am glad I have the option to send it to her through Amazon. It makes me feel like I can still take care of her despite the distance.❤️
