The PERFECT breakfast. I love this stuff!! I wanted something filling, tasty, and that sets well with me early in the morning. This meets all the requirements! It has clean ingredients-- even good for an allergy sensitive person. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I love this oatmeal! I eat it almost every day of the week. I put fresh fruit and almonds or walnuts and it is a great breakfast-keeps me full for several hours 👏

Super yummy!!! Its hard to find non processed food these days and love how there is only a few ingredients. The sunflower seeds add a nice crunch to the oatmeal. At first it can be a little jarring thats its not super sweet, but again in an effort to eat NPFs, the cinnamon and apple make it just a little naturally sweet. Cant wait to try other flavors!

I bought after reading sugar content and I prefer this amount to start the day, but if I wanted to it's gives me flexibility like enough space to add my own fresh fruits, nuts, goji berries, etc.. and sweeteners like condensed milk. It is really convenient and I like it's own for something warm and filling on the go and also works as a really good base for toppings or making it entirely into another creation like a muffin in a few minutes if I am feeling creative.

Delicious and hearty considering the low sugar content. Definitely will order more.

These oatmeal cups were a good idea - just add hot water to the fill line, stir, and breakfast is served. I had to take an extra step to sift out the sugar (not a problem - I do that with flavored Quaker Oats instant oatmeal packets). The problem was a disappointing flavor. If I didn't know what was in the cereal, I couldn't even guess. It even had a slightly bitter taste. Not a fun way to start the morning.

I fixed mine with coconut milk or almond it’s so good mixed some cinnamon in it ⭐️⭐️
