Dual 6-Liter Commercial Restaurant Grade Stainless Steel Dual Deep Fryer, 6-Liter

I received this item before scheduled delivery, it came packed very well, put it together which was a snap, (maybe 5 minutes) filled it with oil and tried it out. It worked perfectly, looks awesome. I read in some reviews that it took a long time to heat up, I had two separate deep fryers holding three quarts each, these deep fryers hold 6 quarts each and it heated the oil just as fast as my single fryers, so if you are worried about that DON'T. The quality of the fryer is in my opinion outstanding, truly something you would find in a restaurant, very good quality and it's a pleasure that you can fit a whole bag of fries in one basket, leaving the other basket to cook something else. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a very well built unit that enjoys deep frying and not have to do little batches at a time. Five stars for sure ten stars if possible. The fryer works great. It does fry good, doesn't lose heat. It does work better than other of those "fry daddy" at home fryers. With that being said there is a cost to having such a powerful fryer. When ordering a commercial fryer you are going to need a commercial electrical system in your house. You will have to use two different outlets on two different breakers. If you try to plug them into two different outlets but on the same breaker you are going to blow the circuit breaker. Well for us we blew the circuit breaker. It was next to impossible trying to find a plug that was not going to blow the circuit breaker. We couldn't plug it into the kitchen because the refrigerator pulls too much electricity. We couldn't plug it into the living room or family room because of the tv was on, music was going, lights were on, and ceiling fans were going. If you are going to use this size of a fryer its because you are going to fry a lot of food for a lot people. I was cooking for 45 people and I needed that size of a fryer. Our upstairs bedroom was the only breaker in which was not using a lot of electricity but we were not about to fry in our bedroom. Nor were we going to have cords coming from the inside of the house running up the stairs into our bedroom. We had to ask a neighbor if we could use their outside electrical outlet. We threw an extension cord over the fence in order to operate the right side of the fryer. We could not use the left side of the fryer because their was not an outlet in the inside of our house that would not trip the circuit breaker unless we had the plug run through our entire house and into the garage. The company does make a single fryer which would probably be ideal, but trying to use this dual fryer is not practical at all in the average home.

I expected much less quality for the price that I paid. When I set this fryer up and used it for the first time, I was surprised at how easy it was to use. My mother owns a catering company and we use this fryer when we set up our booth and serve food at our local farmers market. This fryer has helped so much. I would absolutley recommend this fryer to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality fryer.

Great fryer! I used this to fry fish for a crowd of about fifty. It was very easy to use. It took about 15-20 minutes for oil to get completly hot. The heat stayed consistent, and fish fried nice and crispy-and fast!. The only negative would be the the sharp edges on the unit, but definitely not a deal-breaker. Would give 5 stars if there was easier oil removal Overall, great!

I bought this for our VFW kitchen so we don't have to keep a big fryer heated up when we are not very busy. We had a similar fryer that was more for home use that only lasted a year. This one is much better but we had to run a new dedicated circuit for it as the unit was always blowing a fuse. The divider between the pans broke and will need to be welded, other than that we have been pleased with it. It has been in use almost a year now. VFW Swartz Creek, Mich. Update. June 2015 Got about two years of heavy everyday use out of it before it died. We replaced it with a new unit Update January 2015 THIS IS NOT A DRILL THIS IS NOT A DRILL. FIRE FIRE FIRE. FIRE IN THE SWARTZ CREEK MICHIGAN VFW KITCHEN. AWAY THE AT SEA FIRE PARTY. ALL HANDS NOT INVOLVED STAND CLEAR STAND FAST Bartender came in and turned one side on low. Within 10 minutes she smelled something electrical burning & it was a rolling boil. She pulled the plug and it went up in flames. The fire and smoke along with various extinguishing agents caused extensive damage to our VFW hall. The unit has been turned over to a forensic engineering firm hired by the insurance company. The man that inspect it before he took possession of it pointed out it is nor U L Approved. It had been in service about six months and is used 2-5 times a day for small weekday orders

We have been married for 52 years and have fried a lot of fish during this time. We were so disappointed in the gas fryer we have been using because we could never get all the fish cooked without being soggy and cold. We just fried 77 pieces of crappie in less than 15 minutes in this double deep fryer and we were very pleased..no soggy and cold fish. The deep fryer came 2 days earlier than we expected, everything packed to perfection and easy to assemble. Just one unit for the two of us and both units when the family (15 of us) comes over. I gave this a 5 rating because we have no complaints whatsoever!

Works great as far a fryer goes. The basket on the the other hand are awful had to wrap wire around the handles to keep them from falling apart.
