Huge tent with big windows, excellent ventilation and a weatherproof screenroom!
This review is for the six person tent with the weatherproof screen room.SummaryLots of floorspace, huge windows, great ventilation, and a weatherproof screen room are some of the wonderful features that makes this tent an obvious choice for warm weather "glamping" in rainy areas. Beware that the abundance of mesh makes this tent a poor choice for cold weather camping, and the heavy weight (30+lbs) is not ideal if you plan on hiking to your camping spot.Tent Dimensions- The bedroom is 9ft long x 10ft wide- The screen room is 4ft long x 10ft wide- The vestibule extends out an additional 3ft- The tent stands at 6ft 4in high at the tallest point- Without the rainfly (and therefore without the vestibule), the total dimensions are 13ft long x 10ft wide- With the rainfly (including the vestibule), the total dimensions are 16ft long x 10ft widePros- Phenomenal ventilation, even with the rainfly on- Extremely spacious interior: can (barely) fit 2 queen-sized air mattresses side-by-side- Huge, beautiful windows- The screen room is amazing! Great place to setup some chairs for bug-free lounging. The screen room also helps keep mud out of the bedroom- Multiple storage pouches- Relatively easy to setup (appx 15 minutes with 2 people)- Has port for extension cord. The port has a zipper to keep out bugs- Can stand up inside the tent (6ft 4in tall in center)- Vestibule area in the front of the tent is convenient for stowing gear out of the rain- Floor vent helps with air ventilation when the windows must be zipped up during rainCons- Very heavy (30+ lbs)- No good place to hang a tent light (the ceiling is entirely mesh)- Storage pouches are high on the walls, which means you must stand up to access the contents- The screen room DOES protect against rain but DOES NOT protect against flooding ground water. The screen room only has tub floors on 3 sides... the front is mesh only. So flooding water could pour in from the front. However, part of the floor in the screen room is mesh, which helps to drain the water. Please note that this issue would only arise in a flood, not a simple rainfall- Screen room doesn't completely zip up, there is a small gap between the zippers which lets bugs inside- Coleman could've picked better colors. This thing looks like it's from the 90s- The rainfly only has partial coverage, which isn't ideal for camping in heavy rainfall. The windows must be zipped up when it's raining, which will contribute to heat buildup inside- Lots of mesh = great ventilation for warm nights... but contributes to poor insulation for cold weather camping. This tent is built for 2 seasons (late spring, summer, early fall)- Expensive- Stakes aren't heavy duty. May need to replace after several uses

Very spacious!
We have used this tent once so far, on a 2 night camping trip in Florida. It did not rain so I cannot speak for that. Set up is easy and with the exception of the rain fly, I (female) was able to set it up by myself. The rainfly was a different story and I had to ask for help as I failed miserably at trying to be independent.Pros: The porch, love having an area to escape the bugs and take shoes off in. The size- its huge! We are a small family of 3, but pack a lot! This tent has space for it all. Airflow- this tent has amazing airflow, which also helps eliminate morning dew inside the tent. Nothing was damp in the morning from dew, unlike our other tents. Windows- huge windows with the ability to zip up, or halfway with the strap secured at the top, allowing airflow but still giving privacy.Cons- Zippers, the 3-way zippers are a pain and will take time getting used to. You basically need to use both hands to operate but I always seem to be carrying something, leaving me one-handed, awkwardly trying to open. The 3 zippers will also leave a small opening where they all come together. You can get them closed, but again it’s a two hand operation, on the floor. Mesh strip in the porch- I see where they were going with this design, but it’s a no for me. Flooring- seems thinner than other Coleman tents I’ve owned. Definitely want to use a ground cover.

Great tent with great price with some cons
Pros:1. It's spacious as advertised. 6 people is pushing. But definitely 5 people is doable. We had 4 in it and there was plenty of empty space.2. When set up, it's sturdy.3. There are many ventilation knock outs with bug screens and privacy curtains. when all the curtains are drawn up, you have a panoramic view all around you.4. The entry point is quite large even with rain fly that you don't have to bend down to crawl into the tent. I have a smaller Coleman tent for 4 people and it's a bit of pain to go in and out of the tent with that.Cons:1. Setup is easy but not so easy. as you push in the bars, you kind of need to keep the tent up but it would not stay up as the bars go parallel to each other. So it keeps collapsing to one side. YOu will need to put a couple of temp stakes to hold each side of the tent as you build it.2. Coleman's chronic issue with the bag continues. They make the bag way too small. When you try to put everything back in the bag, you will struggle and swear. But thankfully this one comes with a zipper at the bottom to make the bag larger when it's undone. There is absolutely no way to put all back in the bag w/o using the zipper. Even after expansion, I could barely fit all in the bag. Now it's sitting on the shelf expanded and bloated looking twice as large as the bag I got from Amazon. When I set it up, I feel content with the look, space and functions.
