The product arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. I took a look at it out of the packaging and all seemed great - quite nice quality. Unfortunately, after just a couple of weeks of being outside, the product started rusting. The seller was responsive. My options were to receive a partial refund of £100 or to re-package the item myself for collection between 8am and 6pm (no slimmer time-slot can be allocated) on a certain day. As I assumed the product was in good order, I'd thrown away the old packaging and looking at the cost of new - to return the product, ensuring it arrived safely, I decided to cut my losses and opt for the partial refund. This has left me £114 down and with a brand new but rusting table and chairs. In hindsight, my advice would be to at least hang on to the packaging after you put the product outside to test the water - in case you need to return it.

Love the style, looks amazing but rust starting to appear after a few months of sunshine?

Purchased as it was ANTI-RUST the photos are after one week outside in JUNE and one lot of rain. Not only is it not anti rust, its not suitable for outside use. Not looking forward to what it will look like in a month! No replies after weeks of emails to CB until I contacted Amazon for help.
