I’ve tried other brands os wheat grass and I can tell when it’s been mixed with different things. This one seems to be a higher quality and like that it’s usda approved. I used up the entire package. It’s resealable which helps avoid messes. I can tell the difference in my body when I don’t take this daily. If your not familiar with wheat grass, it is a potent flavor and effect. So try it in smaller dosages and work your way up. I’ll grow my own from time to time. In between, this works fantastic.
