Absolutely brilliant mix of Food ,my Lambert loves it .His feathers and general health have improved since useing this food ,I wouldn't use anything else for my African grey.

Very good quality.So many different things in the mix.It came in white bag, the container in picture is from other mix I had before.My green cheek currently eatting the dried chilli, he loves it. See the pictures and video.
