I purchased this earpiece in August of 2018. I work in a law enforcement capacity in a very busy department on the east coast. I work a full time schedule in a street patrol function.This earpiece has performed exceptionally well in all fields (comfort, audio in/out, etc.)I rely on good equipment that I can count on and this product is exactly that. For less than $25.00 it is a must-have for a police or security function where radio traffic security is important to you.Pros:-Quality sound both in and out.-Secures by screw and hook to the side of the listed radios for a quality hold.-Long wires to allow for different ways to comfortably wear.-Shirt clips are strong.Cons:-Actual silicon ear piece is cheap but can be cheaply replaced.

This AOER headset is working as designed and I am completely satisfied at this point with its operation and functions. Had ordered one from Amazon previously from a different supplier and it did not work at all. Amazon return policy cannot be beat. Hope it gives me long service.

Quit working after a month. Not good for law enforcement!!
