Great product. Improves "male blood flow". Since taking this I have been waking up the same way that I did when I was much younger. Doctors say that this is a sign, a marker of health. Easy to take with the included metal scoop. Also it gives me energy. I have not taken the pills but I understand that this is a pure product and is superior to "pre packaged" Shilajit.

Ok. I’ve been using this for some time AND. Let’s just go ahead and get this out of the way. The taste is awful AT First. Then you crave it. It taste like resin from a bong. It’s stout. But I find myself craving it daily at the time I take it- so it has a natural reminder. 😂 I mixed it with a bite of meat at first- it made it taste “smoky”. Now I can just eat it plain. I like it. It’s so weird. For the first time in years I feel fabulous. Energy. Brain power. Strength? That is something I’m working towards- because I didn’t have much before- but I want strength AND to work on it! It’s definitely worth the price and I am skeptical of the inexpensive options when you read on how it’s “made” The only downside is- it can be messy if you are not a dive in kinda person. Use the tool and put it in your mouth/ the drink or whatever. Just get it done. Once again- it is a resin type material. Also don’t store the jar upside down.

I learned of Shilajit recently and did as much research as possible. The claims are that it helps to balance hormones and reduce inflammation, and have adaptogenic benefits. Sounds like a bunch of rubbish, right? But I like trying new supplements. I'm getting older and if ancient zombie plants can help what ails me, I'm down. I've been taking it for just a few weeks and a couple surprising things. The first few days, I got a boost in energy, stamina and flutter of positivity. I didn't get tired throughout the day as I normally do, and was surprised I still had energy after work. Also, I felt very happy, like I was on cloud 9 and (I'm embarrassed to admit) felt like I was fine asf; something I haven't felt in a long, long time. It felt sooooo good. Then a few days after, that boost went away. I returned to being tired, but my mind was awake, or my mind would get bored, but my body would still be lively. I also no longer am experiencing that high, but I feel more positive and confident than normal. Not sure if the Shilajit brought my hormones to a normal state, or it was a placebo effect. Another thing: I noticed that my bloated stomach did reduce. I didn't look like I had a food baby 24/7. Not dramatic, but I noticed it. Also, I think my breasts also reduced in size. I am relieved because my bust size annoyingly increased this past year. And one last thing that I am attributing to the use of Shilajit: it helped reduce my night sweats or allowed me to sleep through them. Getting old sucks, and I've been experiencing night sweats for a couple years now. I've slept with my window open, even during the winter, but that only helps a little. For the entire time I've been using this, I only experienced one night of night sweating and even that was minimal. I am so relieved. And lastly, I feel like I get tired when I'm supposed to. I have had trouble trying to fall sleep for a number of years. My mind just keeps running and I don't get sleepy. I take melatonin/magnesium supplements to help me fall asleep. If I don't take it, I won't feel sleepy until after 1 AM, and I have to wake up early for work. I admit, I still need to take mela/magne supplements, but that is more for calming my mind, but my body and my eyes do get very tired around 10 PM. It's such a blessing. Everyone will have their own experiences, and I'm not claiming what works for me will be the same for anyone else. This is my experience and I really have enjoyed the benefits/effects of taking shilajit and will continue using it. The taste is as gross as everyone is describing. It smells like tar, or burning tires, but taking it under the tongue somewhat helps, and you only take a small amount. I take it in the morning and then chase it with Koso (Japanese digestive enzyme syrup) diluted with mineral water. That also has great effects on me. So if you like trying new supplements, try Shilajit for yourself.

I originally bought this shilajit while looking for reasonably priced and high quality. After having bought it 2 times in a row, the price increased and I went for another competitor. Firstly shilajit smells bad when you first open the bottle. It reminds me of shoe polish. After a while I got so used to the taste and smell, I don't at all mind taking it without coffee. When I switched brands, I noticed that it did not at all have the same smell and taste or even consistency. It was an awful sour stink smell. I also noticed that I did not feel the same level of energy and clarity I felt with this brand. It was like the other manufacturers had cut the shilajit with other things to create fillers. I went through 2 other inferior brands. This company with the ''glass'' container and the metal pick thing is the best one. On a side note I accidentally swallowed the metal pick, because I left in my coffee one day. The coffee got cold and I drank it quickly. I was able to regurgitate it out...but it was a bit scary. I am sure most people would not be in my situation but don't leave the metal stick in there to melt the excess. You may forget and swallow it, like I did. lol

This stuff may work, but holey yuck it tastes AWFUL!! Like if I were to lick tar..same consistency and everything. Be aware what you're in for...don't just scoop it on the metal tool they give you and put it on your tongue...dilute it in water or juice or SOMETHING to disguise the flavor. I made my family try some just to see their faces of how awful it tastes. They thought I was crazy for have purchasing this stuff. I do feel like it gives me energy..I'm not sure if it's the shock of the flavor that my body is reacting to or it really does have the benefits they say it does. Find out for yourself. Good luck!

I have had a few shilajit brands and this one seems to be one of my favorites. It easily dissolves when I mix with warm water. The taste is not as bad compared to some other brands. The only thing I wish they could do better is have a better measuring spoon. Took a few tries to figure out proportions. Other than that I have felt fantastic with increased libido and more energy throughout my day. This seems to be a high quality shilajit.

This product is not Himalayan Shilajit, but is harvest from the Altai Mountains in Siberia. The taste is so bad that it will ruin the flavor of your tea, coffee or juice. If there would be a Grade F Shilajit, this would be it. It is not worth buying at any price.

I, like millions of others, had never heard about Shilajit until very recently. I've only had it a couple of days, so it's difficult to say. The product was beautifully packaged to impeccably high standards, this is no cheap knock of, that's for sure. Easy to use, a word of warning, do NOT expect this to taste good, it doesn't, but I take mine like a shot and it works fine. If it does everything it says it does, I'll definitely buy again and I'll 100% buy from this same company, I truly believe in their quality and care.

One of the best product in its category. I mostly use it with my morning coffee before workout. Believe me its awesome. It keeps me active all day. Must Recommend. Great Quality and Good Packaging.

This is 100 percent pure shilajit few years back started with powdered shilajit till i visited Gilgit in Pakistan and tried the Himalayan shilajit resin there and wow boom suddenly gave me a heavy instant boost. Still have some left in the picture you see in a plastic wrapper. But this one is ten times more effective and pure as tested in distilled water which you can see in the video and it completely diluted immediately, also passed the burn test.I would say by far this is the best shilajit resin ive ever tried keeps you calm ,focused and also full of energy at the same time will order more .

Diesmal ist es jedoch wichtig, dass die betreffende Person mein Feedback berücksichtigt und das Produkt ausprobiert. Zunächst einmal möchte ich die vielen Vorteile hervorheben, die ich festgestellt habe. Das Erste, was mir aufgefallen ist, ist, dass ich nicht mehr so stark mit Müdigkeit kämpfen muss. Aufgrund meiner Schichtarbeit hatte ich normalerweise damit Probleme. Aber das ist jetzt Vergangenheit, denn ich kann Tage mit sehr wenig Schlaf auskommen (4-5 Stunden) und mich dennoch mental und körperlich zu 100% fit fühlen. Das allein ist für mich ein überzeugendes Argument, das Produkt zu kaufen. Außerdem habe ich festgestellt, dass meine geistige Klarheit verbessert ist. Ich kann schärfer und schneller denken. Ich habe auch eine Leistungssteigerung um etwa 30% bemerkt und auch meine Libido ist deutlich gestiegen. Es ist definitiv spürbar, dass es den Testosteronspiegel steigert. Ehrlich gesagt, wenn ich nur ein Produkt verwenden müsste, wäre es dieses. Es hat meine Lebensenergie deutlich gesteigert und das Leben dadurch einfacher gemacht. Man fühlt sich einfach vitaler und männlicher. Was die Nachteile betrifft, würde ich sagen, dass es etwas teuer ist, aber Qualität hat nun mal ihren Preis. Bei der Gesundheit sollte man nicht sparen. Had it for the last 3 weeks and I feel incredible! It's from Russian mountains but still has a good impact on me. Quality is good and has 3rd party testing too.
