I have just started using the shampoo. Bt, so far.. It seems to be working to make my hair stronger & healthier.

I had stopped using this after hearing another well known brand worked twice as food. After giving the the other product for 4 mo. I have returned to Shapiro because the other allowed my hair to fall out. SHAPIRO does help regrowth as well as keeping my hair shiny and healthy! Recommend to anyone wanting shampoo that really does as theyclaim!

I've used this for 2 years along with Rogaine and derma roll 1x2 week and purchased many times. I've had a big improvement. I can't tell you if the shampoo had any effect but I like to think it helped. I like it doesn't have a weird smell and you feel clean. Your hair is soft and easy to style and a little goes a long way. It seems more like suave growing up, a lot of suds which is surprising for a 'more natural' shampoo.. In any case it cleans well and noticible when I use. I only shampoo 3-4 weeks (big workouts and yard work) after reading shampooing every day is not good for everyone. I just use water on off days. I have tried other products that are less expensive and have gone back to this product. Worth it.

Haven't really noticed any significant hair growth. Still, I'm giving it a shot. Let you know if something shows up.

My husband has always had nice hair, but it started to thin out about a year or two ago. I really noticed it when we were out walking one day, and I was behind him, and I realized it was significantly thinning to the point where you could see his scalp. I brought it to his attention and teasingly told him that he did not have the right shaped head for baldness, and that got him into action. He researched several hair growth products and decided on this one. It worked. His hair has grown back, and all the thinning areas have filled in. One time he substituted another product that was a bit less expensive, but he did not have the same positive results. The crazy thing is that I, too, recently started experiencing thinning hair. I wear my hair long and it is thick, but I could tell when putting it in a ponytail that it was much thinner. Needless to say, I panicked and started using his shampoo. Thankfully, my hair has grown back and now feels full, the way it used to. We both recommend this product and suggest you follow the instructions. Keep it on your scalp for a few minutes and don’t substitute other shampoos in between washings, since it is designed to regulate your scalp’s pH balance to stimulate hair growth. Good luck.

This product gets a 1 because it will clean your hair, like any other shampoo, but it doesn’t do anything else it claims. I gave it a very good chance too, using it over a year, following the instructions on the bottle. I’ve been going to the same hair person for 6 years and never told her I was trying this shampoo. I have very thin, fine hair, age 75. My hair has been getting thinner over the years as I’ve aged so I wanted to try a shampoo that might stop or slow it down. I finally asked my hairdresser if she had noticed a difference in my hair. Her answer was no, which I already knew. This shampoo is way too expensive to use to clean my hair, so I’m going back to a regular, normal priced shampoo!

Dr. Shapiro happens to be my dermatologist, so yes I’m a little bit prejudice, but his shampoo is great!!!
