The Vicenzi Group, as we know it today, was established in 2005 when Giuseppe Vicenzi completed an important operation by deciding to acquire all the Parmalat bakery branch including two well-known brands, Grisbì and MrDay. Up to 192 thin layers of dough are formed to guarantee the typical fragrance and lightness of the pastries.

The process of slow baking, used mainly for shortcrust pastry, is typical of the artisanal confectionery and helps ensure the natural fragrance and flavour of authenticity… like the good old days.
