Q: Hi i cannot get my unit to function correctly, all i get is a clicking sound. my house has 75 ppsi in water and how do we reduce it to 15-20 ppsi ?

I had simular problem. I got debrie in the water line. It completely blocked the flow of water. No water no steam. The solution was easy. Remove the water valve from the unit and clean the debrie from the inlet filter screen. Mý unit works perfectly on 60 psi water supply.

Q: Can I put oils into the steam head for aromatheraopy and how big are the wholes?

Yes, you can put oils in the steam head for aromatherapy,and the dimension of this 9KW steam generator is 17.5*6.5*16.5 inch (L*W*H)
